Calibration Through Home Delivery Service

Welcome to the website of Institute of Calibration & Technology Co., Ltd.

Submission through home delivery service is a procedure of application for the calibration of a measuring instrument using home delivery service.

Calibration consultation and estimate request

Consultation with the person in charge of calibration expense estimate given after making an estimate request in estimate request menu

Sending of a measuring instrument through home delivery service

Only measuring instruments that are unlikely to break will be safely wrapped and sent through home delivery service enclosed with an attachment.
Attachments in sending: Calibration application form, name card of the person in charge, one copy of business registration certificate in the case of the first transaction

Confirmation of the receipt of the object delivered through home delivery service

Confirmation of the receipt of a message 1 to 2 days after the sending through home delivery service, and

Confirmation of calibration completion

The completion of calibration of a measuring instrument will be confirmed through a reference to the homepage for customers or by phone (82-31-379-5114).

Confirmation of calibration expense and request for issue of tax invoice

※ Calibration charge will be imposed only on measuring instruments whose calibration are completed, excepting measuring instruments returned because of bad calibration.

Turnover of a measuring instrument and a calibration certificate

A measuring instrument and a calibration certificate will be delivered after the depositing of calibration charge
